A 14-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a number of anti-social behaviour offences in Fife. In two weeks, there have been seven reports of vandalism, disturbances and attempted theft at Duffus Park in Cupar and at Roselea Gardens in Ladybank. Police officers are now carrying out high-visibility patrols in the areas of Cupar and Ladybank. The teenager is due to appear in court at a later date....
